The reason why requests on port 80 are being intercepted is because you have this web server running on your PC in a virtual machine:

Check the ‘Network Adapter’ of your Virtual Machine in order to identify the ‘Host-Only Ethernet Adapter’

Shutdown your web server in your virtual machine.
Start the web server in your real PC

The web server is listening on port 80 for connections on your real PC, which are intercepted.
If you want to communicate with your web server from your Virtual Machine, you need to set up port forwarding.

Also, be aware of a potential security risk: If you don’t have a firewall, it is possible for someone to gain access to your web server. I would recommend following these instructions to install and configure a firewall:

Graphene-based materials are very interesting in terms of their structural and functional properties. This intriguing class of materials is capable of combining the attributes of both organic molecules and inorganic functional materials. One of the most fascinating aspects of these materials is the ability to integrate on the molecular scale various aspects of traditional inorganic catalysts, such as the high Lewis acidity of Au, and the chemistry of organometallic complexes. Using amino-functionalized graphene oxide as an example, we demonstrate here a facile method for the functionalization of graphene-based substrates and the subsequent combination of the two separate functions. For this purpose, a method involving covalent attachment of alkyne moieties with zwitterionic amines was developed and applied to functionalize graphene oxide surfaces. Then, site-selective reduction of the resulting alkyne-modified graphene oxide with [Ru(p-cymene)3]PF6 under acidic conditions produced a well-dispersed two-dimensional material with reduced graphene oxide domains. The zwitterionic character of the amine groups and their Lewis acidity were confirmed by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and difluoride ion-induced H/D exchange experiments.

Transcription of a large number of genes involved in the maintenance of normal urothelial cell architecture and function is controlled by urothelial-specific transcription factors that are expressed in a differentiation-dependent manner. MUC-5AC is a urothelial glycoprotein that is involved in the formation of the mucous gel on the surface of the bladder epithelium. We recently identified a GC-rich motif between -314 and -278 base pairs upstream of the transcriptional start site in the MUC-5AC promoter and demonstrated that this element is essential for the promoter activity of the MUC-5AC gene in cultured human urothelial cells. In the present study, we investigated the roles of transcription factors in the regulation of the MUC-5AC gene. We demonstrate that Sp1, Sp3, c-myc, and c-myb, members of the Sp/KLF family of zinc finger transcription factors, are expressed in human urothelial cells and are present in cell nuclei. Electrophoretic mobility shift assay and chromatin immunoprecipitation assays revealed that Sp1 and Sp3 bind to the -314-bp element in the MUC-5AC promoter. Moreover, this element is critical for the expression of the MUC-5AC gene in human urothelial cells. Transfection experiments indicate that the Sp/KLF family members c-myc and c-myb are not involved in the transactivation of the MUC-5AC gene. However, overexpression of c-myc or c-myb up-regulates MUC-5AC promoter activity in transfected human urothelial cells.
